Ed regularly represents and advocates for clients faced with civil disputes in Maryland State and Federal Courts as well as in the District of Columbia Superior Court.  He has operated his own practice of law since 2016 and he focuses on a variety of cases from landlord/tenant matters, contractual disputes, and family law matters, to personal injury cases including automobile accidents and premises liability cases.  Prior to opening up his own law firm, Ed practiced at a personal injury litigation law firm in Greenbelt, Maryland.  Before that, he clerked for two trial judges at the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.  Ed graduated from Catholic University Columbus School of Law in 2012.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Simon worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. as a legislative aide.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 2004.  Ed is an Eagle Scout.  He resides in Annapolis.
